Privacy Notice
Wakuya Studios — last updated 2026-09-26 (v1.0)
Wakuya Studios ("we," "us") operates this website. This notice tells you plainly what happens when you visit it.
We do not use cookies. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking technology of any kind. Every asset on this site — the page itself, its styling, its images, its fonts, and its scripts — is served directly from our own server. No part of this site loads anything from a third-party server, and no visitor data is shared with any third party through your use of it.
What we collect: nothing, automatically. The only information we ever receive from a visitor is what you choose to send us — see "Contact," below.
Server logs. Like any web server, ours keeps a short technical connection log (the visiting IP address, requested page, timestamp, and browser identifier) for security purposes only — detecting and investigating intrusion attempts, abuse, and outages. This is standard infrastructure logging, not a tracking technology, is never used for marketing or profiling, and is deleted automatically after a fixed period (see our [Log Retention Statement] for the exact figures and reasoning). No log data is sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than keeping the site secure.
Contact. Clicking "Email us" opens your own email application with our address pre-filled — nothing is sent automatically, and nothing happens if you close the window without sending. If you do choose to email us, we receive whatever you include (typically your email address, name, and message) as an ordinary email, and we use it only to respond to you. We do not add you to any list, and we do not store your message in any database beyond our ordinary email inbox.
Children. This site is a studio-information site, not directed at or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes. If this notice changes, we will publish a new dated version at this same address and note the date above.
Questions. Contact us at [studio contact email — pending confirmation, see note below] or via the "Email us" link on this site.
